| This website is dedicated to ghostly goings-on in Derry and the North-West. We are a group of Commedia Millennium Award winners and anxious to hear from anyone with local spooky tales. We will include stories, photographs and even a short ghostly video. We decided to start the project as a way of preserving local oral history and aim to combine the old tradition of storytelling with modern technology. The Commedia Millenium Award is a funding scheme that operates in partnership with local community media organizations in this instance the Nerve Centre in Derry to give individuals opportunities to make radio, television and internet productions that will be of benefit to the community. The scheme is an initiative of the Community Media Association with funding from the Millennium Commission, based on Lottery money. (For further information click on the links below.)
